Cook and Share ~ Oven Roasted Chicken and Zucchini Fritters (via Roslyn Street)

Okay so like OMG – I think I have blogger envy if there is such a thing. First things first – this is one of those pay a fee and get the .wordpress out of your url – want that!, and then secondly – like I said OMG! This person’s dashboard moves with the scroll, the page is well put together yet simple, and  IT IS ALL ABOUT FOOD and COOKING which I love to do (oh and eat too). The posts even has “likes” – 67 + me – what a blast! So now I need to figure out how to be “liked”.

Or do I? In teaching that is something us teachers deal with everyday. I try to convince myself that I don’t really care if “they like me”. But my husband will be the first to say – not only does she care, but she even cares if the guy who bags our groceries likes her. Technology is always a crowd pleaser, but I want to make it stick. To use it and get past the WoW factor. I can’t wait to start trying and I also can’t wait to try this recipe for Oven Roasted Chicken and Zucchini Fritters. Are they gluten-free?
